


*Ingredients*
-3 Tbsp Olive Oil
-1 Small Carrot
-5 Broccoli flowers
-Veggie “Beef strips” (or u can use sietan)
-3 Tbsp Soy Ssauce OR Braggs Amino Acids Liquid
-2 Tsp Ground Dry Ginger OR fresh
-2 Cracked and finely minced Cloves Garlic
1- Cup Fresh Green beans cut into halves
1- Cup Sliced Button Mushrooms (or whatever kind u like best)
2- Cups cooked brown rice (I often use instant, because i can’t wait forever!)
*DIRECTIONS*
ADD all veggies into hot skillet and stir until cooked about 10 minutes
ADD Ginger, Soy Sauce, and Garlic
ADD Veggie Beef with in the last couple of minutes just to heat through
Serve over Brown Rice
