“Bee-fie” Teriyaki stir-fry over Brown Rice

*Ingredients*

-3 Tbsp Olive Oil

-1 Small Carrot

-5 Broccoli flowers

-Veggie “Beef strips” (or u can use sietan)

-3 Tbsp Soy Ssauce OR Braggs Amino Acids Liquid

-2 Tsp Ground Dry Ginger OR fresh

-2 Cracked and finely minced Cloves Garlic

1- Cup Fresh Green beans cut into halves

1- Cup Sliced Button Mushrooms (or whatever kind u like best)

2- Cups cooked brown rice (I often use instant, because i can’t wait forever!)

*DIRECTIONS*

ADD all veggies into hot skillet and stir until cooked about 10 minutes

ADD Ginger, Soy Sauce, and Garlic

ADD Veggie Beef with in the last couple of minutes just to heat through

Serve over Brown Rice

Best pesto- chic’N ciabatta sammy

*Ingredients*

-Dash of salt n’ pepper

-1 TBSP Olive Oil

-Veggie Chicken Fillets (2)

-3 Button Mushrooms Sliced

-3 Cherry Tomatoes Sliced

-1 Sandwich Sized Ciabatta (toasted)

-2 Teaspoons Prepared or Homemade Pesto

– Handful of Green Leaf Lettuce (or any green of yr choice)

-Slice of Vegan Cheese (Optional)

*Directions*

slice veg chic’n lengthwise into bit-size pieces

add it to a medium skillet with olive oil, sliced mushrooms, sliced

tomatoes, salt n pepper. Stir until med heat until mushrooms are sauteed properly.

Toast the ciabatta, and spread w. prepared pesto on both sides, add

cooked mixture to the bread and top with lettuce.
